Scottish female voice Heather for CereProc cServer on Windows.

This package comprises the CereProc cServer with the 22kHz version of the Heather voice, plus the Windows client to permit the voice to be accessed via MS SAPI5. The included license permits two concurrent channels of speech to be output and is valid for 12 months.

Download size and disk space usage are around 150MB.

We recommend using our cServer voices on systems with at least a 1GHz processor and 256MB RAM.
