CereVoice SDK

The CereVoice SDK version 1.1 for Linux and Windows is currently available as a beta release to preferred customers. If you would like the opportunity to trial this exciting new software, please email us at info@cereproc.com.

The CereVoice SDK is a Software Development Kit to enable speech developers to add speech output to any piece of software. CereVoice is designed as component to be incorporated into the developer's application. The CereVoice SDK consists of a speech synthesis library written in ANSI C for speed and portability. This library is wrapped in higher-level languages such as Python for ease of development of new applications.

The SDK package includes:

  • CereVoice Text-to-Speech Engine
  • one Scottish-accented female voice
  • full documentation of the CereVoice APIs
  • an open source text normalisation system
  • example applications in C++ and Python
  • The CereVoice SDK is supplied with one standard female Scottish voice. Additional voices from the CereProc Voice Library are available at extra cost.
