CereProc Scuer

CereProc Scuer is an advanced software application that allows the production of synthesised speech files from a voice, using a variety of inputs. The application allows the user to manipulate the voice within a set of speech parameters to allow characterful and emotional output. Two variants are available, Scuer Lite and Scuer Professional.

Scuer Professional is designed for a user aware of sound recording techniques. Scuer Lite is an entry level system for the occasion user.
