06/04/2017 CereProc’s partner Alert Cascade is a finalist in the 2017 Business Continuity Awards

Mass communication service provider Alert Cascade integrated CereProc’s voices at the end of 2016 and has gone from strength to strength since then.

Emma Lane from Alert Cascade noted: “We’ve recently been awarded two new customer contracts; both customers had used a competitor platform for warning and informing members of the public and had had poor experiences with TTS. Dealing with phone calls complaining about the “robot voice” and clarifying the message when it hadn’t been understood by the recipient, had eaten into resources that should have been used to deal with the crisis situation. So, despite how vital the use of voice calls continues to be in emergency situations, they were not using voice calls as part of their standard emergency communications protocols. Since working with Alert Cascade, both customers have now re-instated the use of voice calls; working hand in hand with our Answering Machine Detection technology, the CereProc voices eliminated all of the issues previously experienced and allowed them to return to a fully effective multi modal communications approach.”

Now, Alert Cascade’s flagship mass notification service has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2017 Business Continuity Awards, hosted by CIR magazine. The Business Continuity Awards are judged by an independent panel, and focus on innovative strategies within the business continuity, security, resilience and risk arena. Winners will be announced at the Business Continuity Awards Gala Dinner and Ceremony on 8th June 2017 at the prestigious London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square.
